Welcome!
Are you tired of the monotonous, expensive and pre-recorded CPD opportunities that are currently available for sign language communication professionals? Well, here at Sign Senei, we have decided to do something different!
As committed communication professionals ourselves, we appreciate how important CPD is, for maintaining our own skills development and professional registrations, so, we wanted to extend our development opportunities and CPD sessions to as many colleagues as possible
Starting with just ten members initially, our community has expanded into a vibrant network comprising over 500 Sign Language Interpreters, Translators, Notetakers, Lip-speakers and STTRs from all across the UK and Ireland. What sets us apart is our responsiveness and consideration towards each other's individual journeys of growth.
Our ambition is to foster continuous growth, whilst actively partnering with like-minded organisations and subject matter experts within our sector. By doing so, we aim to ensure that the sign language professions remain responsive to the evolving needs of professionals like us.

Language Upskilling
As sign language professionals, we understand the importance of communicating with diverse communities. Whether it's Polish, American, Irish, Italian Sign Languages or even International Sign, expanding our linguistic knowledge is a must.

Whether you're aiming to revisit the fundamentals of interpreting and translating theory, skill, and knowledge, or in search of innovative new ideas to elevate your professional practice, rest assured, our range of courses will have something for you!

It's not solely about practical skills. We are often called to work in diverse domains and locations, sometimes in areas where we lack experience and confidence.
Our courses are designed to broaden your fund of knowledge, with the aim of grounding our interpretations and translations in real world, practical understanding for the future.
Accessibility
At the heart of our ethos is a commitment to accessibility. We aspire to establish an environment where all professionals can readily access sessions to fulfill their CPD requirements.
Should you, or someone you know, require a BSL, ISL, English, or Welsh interpreter, to participate in any of the sessions,
please don't hesitate to inform us!
Accessibility requests can be pre-booked, by simply sending message or email as soon as you book onto a session,
and we will do our utmost to accommodate every request!
Our Partner Organisations
Our Refund Policy
Here at Sign Senei, we understand that life happens and plans can change at short notice and sometimes you are unable to attend a CPD session that has been pre-booked in advance. We are delighted to announce that we will provide a refund for regular session ticket fees - if the refund request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled session.
In the event of shorter notice, we will endeavour to grant a refund if we can successfully secure an alternative attendee from our waiting list. If you have a friend or colleague, who would like to take your place, we would be more than happy to assist with transferring the ticket.
Please note that if a replacement cannot be found, regrettably, a refund cannot be issued.
All series tickets are non-refundable after the first session has taken place.
Typically, our tickets cannot be transferred to other sessions unless we have agreed to it beforehand.
Booking, admin and Eventbrite fees are non-refundable in all instances.
